Challenge

The task at hand was to visually capture the profound impact of the UWNYC Annual Bridgewalk, distilling its significance into a compelling visual narrative.

Our task was to design various printed signage at different scales, along with a distinctive tee shirt for the event, capturing the essence of community support and the urgency of the cause.

Goal

Our goal was clear - to design visual elements that not only echoed the mission of UWNYC but also resonated with the participants and onlookers.

The printed signage, diverse in scales, served as impactful visual cues, conveying the urgency of addressing the challenges faced by low-income New Yorkers. Simultaneously, the tee shirt design was crafted to be a wearable symbol of solidarity, fostering a sense of community among participants and supporters.

Result

The result of our design efforts was a visually compelling and impactful UWNYC Annual Bridgewalk.

The variously scaled printed signage effectively communicated the organization’s message to a diverse audience, while the custom tee shirt became a unifying symbol, fostering a sense of community. The event witnessed a large turnout, not just in numbers but also in the creation of a shared commitment to uplifting low-income New Yorkers in the crucial sectors of education, health, and income.
